Job Description
- Develop and execute sales and BD strategies for CNC machining and fabrication services
- Build and manage a strong pipeline with EPCs, OEMs, and end users
- Identify opportunities in Oil & Gas, Defense, Power, Petrochemical, and Marine
- Prepare and present technical–commercial proposals and quotations
- Work closely with workshop/production teams to align capacity with client demand
- Maintain and grow key accounts, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships
- 5–10 years of Business Development / Sales experience in precision machining, fabrication, or industrial manufacturing
- Strong network with EPC contractors, OEMs, and industrial clients in the UAE/GCC
- Solid understanding of CNC machining, metal fabrication, materials (ferrous & non‑ferrous), and engineered components
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- UAE experience is highly preferred
