They are now undertaking a strategic expansion into the construction and contracting market in Dubai and broader UAE, positioning themselves as a major player in this high-growth sector.To accelerate this expansion, they urgently require talented, ambitious Business Development professionals who can drive market entry, build client relationships, and generate significant revenue growth.Position Overview:
This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced BD professionals to join a scaling organization at a critical growth phase. You will be instrumental in establishing the company's presence in the construction and contracting market, building a strong client pipeline, and driving sustainable revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and identify high-value business opportunities
  • Develop comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Prospecting, qualifying, and pursuing new client relationships
  • Prepare compelling proposals, pitches, and business presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close significant deals
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Manage client lifecycle from initial contact through contract execution
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
Required Qualifications:Experience:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of business development experience in construction, contracting, or engineering sectors

  • Proven track record of success in GCC markets (UAE, KSA, Oman, Qatar)
  • Experience managing large-value contracts and complex B2B sales cycles
  • Demonstrated success building client networks and closing significant deals
