- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
- Perform bank, accounts payable, and accounts receivable reconciliations.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities.
- Assist in preparing monthly management reports and financial statements.
- Process and review supplier payments, employee expenses, and banking transactions.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate cash position records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable activities, ensuring timely processing and follow-up.
- Liaise with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve finance-related queries.
- Support external audits by preparing schedules and required documentation.
- Prepare VAT returns and support taxation compliance and reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate financial records within the ERP system and support process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CA, or CMA are advantageous.
- 2 to 4 years of accounting experience.
- Strong experience in payment processing, banking operations, and reconciliations.
- Good knowledge of taxation, VAT compliance, and financial reporting.
- Understanding of IFRS and accounting best practices.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must be based in the UAE (open to candidates without UAE work experience)
