- Candidates with 4 - 7 yrs PQE to apply

A company in the business services industry located in Mumbai Suburban.
- Draft and review contracts and agreements. TSR, Tutle deeds, Land, Due diligence
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, litigation
- Handle legal disputes and provide advice.
- Work with external legal advisors when needed.
- Maintain updated records of legal documents.
- Support the business in managing risks.
Were Looking For Someone Who Has
- A law degree or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of corporate and business law.
- Good drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- 4 - 7 years of experience
- Permanent role in the business services industry.
