Job Description
- Candidate with 4-8 yrs of PQE in Corporate lending from BFSI/LFs should apply
- Candidates currently in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune should apply
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate lending and wholesale banking documentation, including revolving credit facilities and term loans.
- Manage cross?border stakeholders and offshore lending matters (preferably UK jurisdiction)
- Provide legal guidance on regulatory issues impacting business operations and identify and mitigate legal and regulatory risks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Debt Advisory Legal professional should have:
- A degree in law from a recognised institution.
- Strong expertise in corporate lending & wholesale banking within BFSI/Law Firms
- Proven track record as a high performer with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
