Job Description
- Lead an aggressively growing organisation in building material industry.
- Work with dynamic set of promoters to fill in their shoes with full autonomy.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to advance the companys mission and objectives.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with organisational goals.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining cost controls and profitability.
- Lead and mentor the senior management team to achieve operational excellence.

- Identify and act on new business opportunities to enhance market position.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure the organisation remains competitive and innovative.
The Successful Applicant
A successful CEO should have:
- Lead an organisation in capacity of CEO / Business Head for atleast 5-8 years with managing the complete PnL
- Should have directly managed Manufacturing, Sales, Operations etc. and not just have dotted reporting of operational functions
- preferably a young leader as the average ag of the leadership in organisation is 40
