The Successful Applicant
A successful CFO should have:
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles.
- Strong exposure to multibusiness or multilocation operations with complex structures.
- Ability to manage a top line of at least 2,000 crore++, with proven experience handling largescale P&Ls.
- Deep expertise in financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong governance, compliance, and riskmanagement orientation.

- Handson experience implementing financial systems, automation, and digital finance tools.
- Proven capability to partner with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.
- Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills, including investorfacing exposure.

- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create clarity, structure, and processes in fastgrowing environments.
