What role you will play in team: You will support clients in managing organizational change initiatives.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting change impact assessments.
• Developing change management strategies and plans.
• Facilitating workshops and training sessions.
• Communicating change initiatives to stakeholders.
  
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change initiatives.
• Supporting the implementation of change management tools and techniques.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience in change management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model).
