Job Description
- Candidates with 3-6 yrs PQE with experience in regulatory compliance and audits.
- Candidates currently in Gurugram or willing to relocate to Gurugram should apply
- Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
- Strong understanding of SEC & global regulatory frameworks with multi‑jurisdiction exposure
- Experience in compliance audits, filings, monitoring & compliance research
- Exposure to compliance data management - trackers, databases & documentation
- High accuracy, strong documentation quality & attention to detail
The Successful Applicant
A successful Compliance Analyst should have:
- CS / LLB qualification with 3 - 6 years PQE
- Experience in regulatory compliance, audits & global filings
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
