As a Recruitment Consultant, youll build trusted relationships with clients and candidates, delivering high-quality recruitment solutions in a fast-paced commercial environment. Youll be responsible for:

• Winning and growing client relationships through business development and consultative account management.
• Attracting, assessing and engaging top talent through targeted sourcing and networking.
• Developing market expertise and building a specialist recruitment proposition.
  
• Collaborating with a high-performing team to share knowledge and achieve results.
• Managing your pipeline and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
  

The Successful Applicant
Were Open To a Variety Of Backgrounds, Including

• Sales professionals with at least 3-6 years of experience from B2B Tech, Digital Native, AI and ML sales background.
• Experienced Recruitment Consultants looking for their next challenge.
