Job Description

The Successful Applicant
A successful Corporate Commercial Lawyer should have:
- A degree in Law from a recognised institution.
- 15+ years of global commercial contracting experience, handling highvalue, complex agreements.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role, leading legal teams or driving major strategic legal initiatives.
- Proven expertise in multijurisdictional negotiations and advising senior business stakeholders.
