Digital Marketing Recruiter

What role you will play in team: Source and engage candidates for digital marketing roles using various online channels.

What you will do: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to offer stage, for digital marketing professionals.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top digital marketing talent.
• Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites to source candidates.
• Screen and interview candidates, assess their qualifications and experience.
• 
  Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide suitable candidates.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, Business).
• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with experience in the digital marketing sector.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong understanding of various digital marketing roles and skill sets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
