Job Description

  • - Create a growth story in the world of customer success
  • - Own 35% of the clients revenue and top tier accounts
  • Own end-to-end account strategy for the top tier clients, identifying upsell/cross-sell and growth opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT, and Operations to drive long-term engagement.
  • Conduct executive business reviews, ensure deep platform adoption, and demonstrate ROI to clients.
  • Drive contract renewals, reduce churn risk, and achieve revenue expansion targets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, represent the platform at key forums, and position it as a strategic enterprise solution.

The Successful Applicant
  • 5-8 years of experience in Customer Success or Enterprise SaaS Account Management.

  • Proven track record managing and expanding large enterprise accounts ($500K+ ARR).
  • Expertise in C-level stakeholder management and consultative selling.
  • Strong data-driven approach with experience in business reviews and analytics.
