Job Description
- - Create a growth story in the world of customer success
- - Own 35% of the clients revenue and top tier accounts
- Own end-to-end account strategy for the top tier clients, identifying upsell/cross-sell and growth opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, IT, and Operations to drive long-term engagement.
- Conduct executive business reviews, ensure deep platform adoption, and demonstrate ROI to clients.
- Drive contract renewals, reduce churn risk, and achieve revenue expansion targets.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, represent the platform at key forums, and position it as a strategic enterprise solution.
The Successful Applicant
- 5-8 years of experience in Customer Success or Enterprise SaaS Account Management.
- Proven track record managing and expanding large enterprise accounts ($500K+ ARR).
- Expertise in C-level stakeholder management and consultative selling.
- Strong data-driven approach with experience in business reviews and analytics.
