Executive Search Consultant

What role you will play in team: As an Executive Search Consultant, you will work on senior-level executive searches across various industries, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial client consultation to candidate placement.

What you will do: You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, developing search strategies, identifying and engaging potential candidates, and managing the entire selection process.

Key responsibility:

• Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
• Develop and execute effective search strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including networking, research, and database searches.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the entire candidate selection process, from initial screening to offer and placement.
  
• Negotiate compensation packages and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and search activities.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-7 years of experience in executive search or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully placing senior-level executives.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and best practices.
