Job Description
- Only candidates with 15+ years of experience with listed entities apply
- Only candidates based out of Bangalore or willing to relocate apply
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to listed entities
- Manage all aspects of corporate governance, including board meetings and shareholder communications.
- Draft, review, and maintain statutory documents and records as per company law requirements.
- Advise the management on corporate legal matters and regulatory updates.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities and handle filings, disclosures, and statutory reporting.
- Oversee the implementation of company policies and compliance frameworks.
- Support the legal department in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
- Assist in risk management and ensure adherence to corporate ethics and standards
The Successful Applicant
A successful Company Secretary should have:
- A professional qualification as a Company Secretary recognized by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
