- Oversee performance metrics and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with international business regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimise operations and service delivery.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the CMD on international business performance.
A successful Head - International Business should have:
- A strong background in the Agro Inputs/Chemicals industry.
- Proven leadership experience in managing international sales or business operations.
- Expertise in identifying and developing new market opportunities.
- A track record of achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of global business regulations and compliance requirements.
