Description

* Oversee all UAE legal operations, including labour law, corporate governance, trade licensing, and regulatory compliance.

* Provide legal support on procurement, contract drafting and review, and vendor agreements.

* Advise senior stakeholders on legal risk, policy development, and strategic initiatives.

* Lead and mentor a team while aligning legal priorities with business objectives.

* Deliver executive-level presentations and policy papers with refined and polished communication.

* 9-15+ years PQE with significant UAE in-house legal experience.

* Deep knowledge of UAE labour law, company formation, licensing, and regulatory frameworks.

* Experience in a blue-chip environment such as a multinational corporation, government-related entity, or top-tier private institution.

* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, confident presenting to senior leadership and board-level audiences.

* Proven ability to handle both operational legal work and strategic advisory responsibilities.

* Qualified solicitor or legal professional with a strong academic background.
