Job Description
- Lead Talent Acquisition & Management for top Indian insurance company
- Leadership level role with opportunity to lead a large team
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition and management plans
- Lead and manage the talent acquisition team
- Oversee the entire recruitment process
- Collaborate with department managers to understand role requirements and objectives
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interview techniques
- Evaluate and improve talent acquisition and management processes
- Maintain an updated knowledge of the insurance industry and job market
- Ensure compliance with the companys policies and legal regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management should have:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum5 years of HR Talent Management and HR Talent Acquisition experience in a team management role
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience
- Experience in a B2C HR environment is a plus
