Job Description
- Work with the leadership team
- Manage a broad portfolio and work with one of the leading insurer
- Develop and implement talent management strategies within the organization.
- Lead efforts in designing and revising executive compensation plans(ESOP/LTIP/Buyback)
- Oversee HR analytics to drive informed decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with other HR departments to ensure alignment with overall business strategies.
- Drive leadership development programs and succession planning.
- Monitor and report on HR performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Champion a culture that promotes growth, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Significant experience in HR roles with a focus on Talent Management, Executive Compensation, and HR Analytics.
