Job Description
- Lead 0-to-1 HR transformation in a high-growth environment
- Strategic role with direct exposure to founders and leadership
Our client is a fast-growing, founder-led organization undergoing significant scale and transformation. As the business continues to expand, they are investing in strengthening their people function and are looking for an experienced HRBP to help build structure, drive organizational effectiveness, and shape the future of HR.
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business priorities.
- Drive workforce planning, organization design and manpower mapping initiatives.
- Build and implement HR policies, frameworks and governance processes from scratch.
- Lead performance management, talent review and succession planning discussions.
- Support the design and implementation of compensation and variable pay structures.
- Leverage people and business data to drive decision-making and identify organizational gaps.
- Work closely with business leaders to solve people, process and organizational challenges.
Were Looking For Someone Who Has
- 10+ years of HR experience with strong HRBP exposure.
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
- Proven 0-to-1 building experience, including setting up HR policies, processes, frameworks and organizational structures from scratch.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with founders and senior business leaders.
- Data-driven with a strong understanding of workforce planning, business metrics and organizational effectiveness.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving and relatively unstructured environments.
