Compensation & Benefits & Performance Management Lead

Compensation Strategy and Total Rewards Architecture:
- Design the company's compensation philosophy, market positioning and reward governance framework aligned to business strategy and talent priorities.
- Create salary structures, pay ranges, incentive guidelines, compensation review processes and promotion-linked pay movement principles.
- Lead compensation benchmarking, pay competitiveness analysis, cost modelling and leadership decision support.
Global Job Evaluation and Grade Standardization:

- Lead a structured job evaluation exercise across Corporate, Manufacturing, R&D and US roles.
- Establish governance for new role creation, title discipline, grade changes, organization design changes and future role reviews.
- Ensure the grade architecture becomes the foundation for compensation, career progression, performance calibration and workforce analytics.
Performance Management Design and Institutionalization:
- Create processes for objectives, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations, calibration, performance differentiation and manager accountability.
- Use performance data to identify capability gaps, high potential talent, underperformance risks and organizational effectiveness priorities.
Payroll Governance and Operational Controls:
- Lead payroll delivery through Payroll Lead, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, confidentiality and compliance across entities.
- Use payroll analytics to identify cost trends, recurring issues, process gaps and automation opportunities.
HR Policy Standardization and Governance:
- Develop a standardized HR policy architecture covering compensation, performance, benefits, leave, payroll, employee lifecycle and governance areas.
- Balance global consistency with country-specific statutory, tax and employment law requirements for India and the US.
