Description:
- Lead the overall strategy to improve how users discover, browse, and purchase across digital platforms, ensuring smoother journeys and higher transaction efficiency.

- Develop and run structured experiments to refine product presentation, promotional constructs, and on- site experiences, using evidence- based insights to boost commercial outcomes.


- Drive initiatives focused on customer repeat behaviour by enhancing engagement programs, nurturing high- value cohorts, and improving long- term customer contribution.


- Oversee communication flows across channels such as notifications, email, and messaging to deliver relevant, timely, and personalized lifecycle touchpoints.


- Strengthen loyalty- building mechanisms by refining program structures, increasing participation, and ensuring consistent value delivery to returning users.


- Build, mentor, and manage cross- functional teams while collaborating closely with senior leadership to align digital priorities with broader business objectives


- KPIs: Site merchandising, conversion, retention, loyalty, CRO and growth


Profile:
Successful candidate:
- 7-16 years of experience in growth, revenue, product, or consumer internet roles.

- Strong background in scaling online revenue for app- first, D2C, e- commerce, or digital- led businesses.


- Proven expertise in conversion optimisation, retention strategies, and CRM- driven growth.

- Deep comfort working with metrics, cohorts, analytics, experimentation, and user segmentation.


- Experience managing senior leaders and cross- functional, multi- layered teams.


- Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and a bias for outcomes.
