About the Role
We are seeking dynamic, customer-focused recruiters with a strong background in technology hiring within India to join our Talent Acquisition team in Chennai. This role will primarily support the delivery of client hiring programsRPO and/or MSPacross the tech domain. You will work closely with internal stakeholders at Page Outsourcing, as well as external client hiring managers, to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. This includes candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
This role may involve working across multiple programs, and in a variety of settingsremote, office-based, or onsitedepending on client needs. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and constantly evolving, providing excellent exposure and learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for technology roles across India
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and Page Outsourcing teams to understand hiring needs
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various channels and platforms
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback coordination, and offer rollouts

- Maintain strong talent pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies
- Deliver consistently high performance across multiple recruitment programs
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in tech hiring within the Indian market
- Good to have experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills
- Prior experience in RPO, MSP, or a high-volume recruitment environment is a plus
- A passion for recruitment and helping people reach their career goals
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
