Job Description
- Work on front office systems integral to trading ops|Learn the intricacies of working with macro trading
Join the forefront of global finance as a Junior Quant Developer at a leading hedge fund manager overseeing assets globally. Undergoing significant growth, they are investing in their technology team, as they develop cutting-edge backend systems integral to trading operations.
- Collab with senior engineers to design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable back-end systems supporting macro trading operations.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of a trading infrastructure, understanding the business needs and requirements.
- Develop and refine tools for portfolio management, risk assessment and trading strategy.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Math, Financial Engineering or similar.
- Exceptional communication skills, highly motivated and willing to learn.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Basic understanding in finance and macro trading principles.
