Job Description
- Opportunity to be the sole HR leader for the India business

- Act as the sole HR professional supporting the India business and serve as the primary point of contact for all people-related matters.
- Own end-to-end HR operations, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management from onboarding through exit.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing through ADP, ensuring payroll accuracy, timelines, and compliance requirements are met.
- Partner closely with Finance teams to validate payroll inputs, salary changes, leave records, reimbursements, and fund availability.
- Manage employee onboarding processes and ensure a positive and professional new joiner experience.
- Lead recruitment activities across technical and business functions, including agency management, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
The Successful Applicant
- 10-15 years of experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, or HR Operations roles.
- Experience working in a standalone HR capacity or within lean HR structures with high ownership.
- Strong exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration.
- Hands-on payroll coordination experience, preferably working with ADP or similar payroll platforms.
- Experience managing recruitment processes including sourcing coordination, screening, stakeholder management, and onboarding.
- Strong understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance requirements, and external compliance management.
- Experience partnering with finance teams on payroll and employee-related processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders and technical teams.
