Job Description

Our client is a VC Fund that is rapidly expanding their presence across the globe
Reporting to the GC, you will be responsible for:
- Providing legal advice and guidance on venture capital investments.
- Drafting & and reviewing legal documents, ensuring they protect the firms and clients interests.
- Conducting extensive legal research and analysis to support decision-making.
- Assisting in fund formation matters and investment transactions.
- Working closely with early-stage to large-scale venture-backed companies.
- Proactively tracking and managing action items across teams and portfolios.
- Engaging in strategic legal planning to support firm objectives.
- Undertaking legal risk assessment in investments.
- Working collaboratively yet independently, understanding the demanding nature of the role.

Ideally you are a lawyer with 6-8 years of relevant VC experience. Preference would be given to Dual Qualifies (US & India) lawyers who have worked in a Fund
