Job Description
- Candidate with 4 to 7 years of experience should apply
- Candidates from Bangalore should apply
- Draft, review, and manage all types of agreements - including service agreements, customer contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and other company related agreements.
- Ensure all agreements and related documentation comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, internal company policies, etc.
- Prepare and maintain company policies, internal guidelines, and compliance trackers.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research across diverse subject areas to support business initiatives and strategic projects.
- Provide clear legal guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, risk areas, and effective risk-mitigation strategies.
- Work with different teams to ensure contracts and compliance are completed on time.
- Personal attributes : Communication Skills- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Attention to Detail: Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Counsel should have:
- A degree in Law from a recognised institution.
- Proven expertise in legal matters related to the Technology & Telecoms industry, especially internet regulations/ecommerce regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and intellectual property rights.
