Job Description
- Legal professionals in Real estate with 8-12 years in development/redevelopment
- Candidates from Mumbai should apply
- Drafting and vetting key legal documents including development/JV contracts, conveyance and transfer deeds, POAs, MOUs, sale/lease documents, and leave & license contracts
- Strong expertise in RERA compliance and real estate regulatory procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of land laws, property tenures, ownership, acquisition, development rules, and Well?versed in stamp duty, registration, and adjudication process.
- Experience drafting pleadings, statutory notices, replies, petitions, and complaints.
- Familiar with High Court procedures capable of briefing solicitors/senior counsel and appearing before judicial/quasi?judicial bodies
- Excellent English, with strong drafting and negotiation skills
The Successful Applicant
- A degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in handling legal matters related to the Property and Building & Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of property laws and compliance requirements.
- RERA compliance knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple legal projects effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
