Recruitment Consultant

What role you will play in team: Develop and manage client relationships, source and place candidates for various roles, and contribute to the success of the team.

What you will do: You will work closely with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibility:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels.
• Screening candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing their suitability for roles.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.

• Negotiating salaries and benefits packages.
• Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly reports on recruitment activities and progress.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment consulting is preferred.
• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of successful placements.
