Recruitment Consultant

What role you will play in team:Develop and manage client relationships, source and screen candidates, and close deals. You will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, working closely with both clients and candidates.

What you will do: You will build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and source suitable candidates, managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

Key responsibility:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates using various methods (e.g., networking, LinkedIn, job boards).
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and closing.
• Achieve individual and team targets for placements.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably within a corporate setting).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
• Strong business acumen and sales skills.
