Senior Associate - Private Equity Fund Investing

What role you will play in team: You will be a key member of our Private Equity team, responsible for conducting financial due diligence and investment analysis of potential investment opportunities.

What you will do: You will lead financial modeling and valuation, and work with senior management to help develop investment strategy.

Key responsibility:

• Conducting financial due diligence on potential investments
• Developing and refining financial models for valuation purposes
• Analyzing industry trends and competitive landscapes
• Preparing investment memos and presentations for investment committee review
• 
  Monitoring portfolio companies' performance
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with management teams of portfolio companies

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree
• 5-7 years of experience in private equity or investment banking
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proven success in conducting financial due diligence and investment analysis
