Job Description
- Work with a leading workplace consulting firm recognised gloablly
- Lead high-impact consulting engagements across pharma and manufacturing clients
- Lead and deliver consulting engagements focused on culture transformation and OD initiatives
- Manage end-to-end project planning, timelines, and resource allocation across engagements
- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights and build client-ready narratives
- Present findings, recommendations, and facilitate workshops for senior client stakeholders
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and analysts to ensure delivery excellence
- Support business development through proposal development, solutioning, and account growth
- Build long-term client relationships to drive renewals, repeat business, and referrals
- Contribute to internal capability building, knowledge management, and process improvement
The Successful Applicant
- 6-8 years of experience in HR consulting, advisory, or professional services
- Strong exposure to pharma and/or manufacturing industry environments
- Proven experience managing consulting teams and complex client engagements

- Excellent executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High analytical capability with experience in data-driven storytelling
- Masters degree or MBA preferred in HR, Marketing, Organisational Psychology, or related fields
- Willingness to travel PAN India as required for client delivery
