Job Description
- Build and shape the India HR function in a growing global company.
- Partner with global leaders while building scalable HR processes.
Our client is a globally recognized, family-owned multinational organization with years of history and a strong presence across manufacturing, sales and shared services operations worldwide. Known for its innovation-led approach and employee-centric culture, the company is expanding its India footprint and is investing in building a strong local HR function.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, payroll, compliance and employee records.
- Liaise with external payroll partners to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Drive recruitment, sourcing, onboarding and employee lifecycle management.
- Support performance management, appraisal cycles and training initiatives.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs and HR policy implementation.
- Manage statutory compliance and mandatory training programs, including POSH.
- Oversee office administration, facilities, travel coordination, vendor management and asset tracking.
- Partner with business leaders and regional HR teams to support organizational growth.
Were Looking For Someone Who Has
- 8-10 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment and Generalist HR roles.
- Strong understanding of payroll, compliance, onboarding and employee engagement.
- Experience managing administration and facilities responsibilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Prior exposure to manufacturing, engineering, industrial or services environments is preferred.
