Senior Private Equity Associate - Deal Execution

What role you will play in team: Lead deal execution efforts, work closely with portfolio companies, and contribute to investment strategy.

What you will do: Support the origination, due diligence, and execution of private equity investments.

Key responsibility:

• Conduct comprehensive financial and operational due diligence on potential investment targets
• Develop detailed financial models and valuations
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for investment committee
• Manage relationships with portfolio company management teams
  
• Monitor and analyze portfolio company performance
• Support fundraising activities as needed

Required Qualification and Skills:

• MBA or equivalent degree
• 5+ years of experience in private equity or investment banking
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Experience in deal structuring and negotiation
