What role you will play in team: You'll be a key member of our team, responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates to successfully fill senior-level positions.

What you will do: You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, develop business strategies, and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and providing consultative advice.
• Develop targeted recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates for senior-level roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate search to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts.

• Negotiate compensation packages and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in executive search or recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong understanding of the Indian job market and relevant industries.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
• Exceptional business acumen and a results-oriented approach.
