An organisation operating within the Education sector.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organisational needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide guidance.
- Identify and utilise appropriate recruitment channels to attract top talent.
- Maintain and enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure success and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and organisational policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition within the Education sector or similar industries.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
