Job Description
- Opportunity to work closely with the senior management
- Work with a regional leader in innovative cooling solutions
Our client is a leading regional provider of district cooling solutions, serving major urban developments across the Middle East. The organization plays a key role in advancing energy efficiency and sustainability by delivering innovative cooling infrastructure to commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies, cost estimates (Capex & Opex), and concept designs with design consultants and the engineering team.
- Support the preparation of techno-commercial offers, preliminary designs, and final scopes of work.
- Perform lifecycle cost analysis in collaboration with OEMs and consultants.
- Participate in client meetings, technical discussions, and issue resolution.
- Work with regional teams on project cost estimates and bring in energy-efficient technologies.
- Carry out site due diligence and environmental assessments for M&A and greenfield projects.
- Lead HVAC project design in collaboration with design consultants and engineering teams
- Review PFDs, PIDs, MSDs, and datasheets for completeness and accuracy.
- Develop and review technical specifications for equipment and EPC packages.
- Assess equipment drawings, RFQs, and bidder quotes; raise TQs and TBEs.
- Address technical issues across departments and develop project documentation standards.
- 4-6 years of experience, ideally in district cooling, chilled water HVAC plants, or wet utilities industries

- Strong knowledge in design, execution, and commissioning of HVAC plants and wet utilities projects
- Experience in operation and maintenance (O&M) of chilled water HVAC plants is a plus
- Experience in sectors requiring large capital investment decisions
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred but not mandatory
