Job Description

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and address risks or issues as they arise.
- Ensure all project documentation is up to date and accessible.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to achieve objectives.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams for seamless collaboration.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status to key stakeholders.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Technical Project Manager should have:
- 15+ Years of strong experience working in digital enterprise projects
- Proven experience in managing technical teams and driving project success.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of delivering multi-tech projects developed in Java / .Net (Framework 4.5 and above) / MS Power Platform / Salesforce / ServiceNow / Oracle and Other Open Source Frameworks
- Working knowledge of cloud technologies (MS Azure / AWS / GCP)
- Knowledge of CICD, TDD and BDD approaches of software engineering
- Should have demonstrable experience in waterfall and Agile-Scrum methodologies
- Industry recognized certification like PMP, Prince2 is an advantage

- An ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
