Transformation Manager (Finance Department)

We are seeking a Transformation Manager (Finance Department) to drive business-area transformation by delivering efficiencies, implementing digital solutions, and achieving targets through strong cross-functional engagement and governance.

• Communicate and track transformation targets across the organisation
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to develop actionable improvement plans
• Partner with FP&A and business units to identify and implement efficiency initiatives
• Monitor KPIs and report financial and operational impact of transformation projects
• Drive implementation of digital solutions and Industry 4.0 technologies
• Coach stakeholders to accelerate continuous improvement and ensure robust execution
• Segregate initiatives into financial (EBITDA) vs non-financial for reporting purposes

Drive strategic transformation initiatives in a Finance DepartmentMinimum 5 years' experience in transformation

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience in transformation or improvement initiatives
• Background in manufacturing, industrial sectors, or large-scale corporate environments
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills with the ability to influence constructively
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Project management expertise (S-curves, portfolio management)
