Job Description
- Leading Insurtech Brand|Work under the leadership of Industry Veterans
- Leading Insurtech brand
- Focus on Origination to build portfolio of deals across various distribution channels
- Work closely with Category team to drive business growth leveraging risk-based pricing and product features
- Handle client interactions to justify the pricing actions
- Drive improvement in Claim Ratios through appropriate correction actions by working closely with respective stakeholders
- Automation to unlock bandwidth and deliver savings: Use automation to make company future ready and scale ready.
- Maintain 100% compliance of process, audit, and policy/treaty conditions.
- Work with claims team to regularly keep a tab on outstanding claims, so that they reflect accurately in the financial performance, analyse books at regular intervals and ensure necessary compliance at all levels.
- Automate manual processes and re-engineer existing processes for more efficiency and fast tracking the requirements.
- Acquire underwriting knowledge
- 12-15 years of experience in Insurance Industry. Should be working for an insurance company or Insurance broker
- Analytical capability and ability to set underwriting guidance for new risk pools
- Ability to handle conflicts and grievance handling
- High level of empathy with good listening skills
- Strong people skills to assess behavioral & values alignment
- Highly skilled in process management with eye for detail
- Negotiation Skills
- Vendor management experience to get desired SLA output
- Ability to engage with Employees across levels
