What Role Offers:

Partners with the businesses to ensure that the capital strategies are operationally supported and strategically focused to secure the greatest return on investment for the global company. Partners with all the teams forming part of P2P cycle and ensure highest accuracy rate of accounting and timeliness of payment.

Responsibilities:

• Invoice processing, Invoice discrepancy follow up, Expense processing


• Vendor Creation, modification


• Reconciliation and journal postings


• Automated and Manual payment processing and monitoring



• Vendor Statement reconciliation


• Audit Support


• Training other members of the team & Process stabilization


• Drive process improvements


• Bank Reconciliation open item clearance


• Purchase Order Creation


• Query management & escalation management


• Capture any process deviation and document the standard process in line with the controls


• Maintain TAT and Accuracy consistently


• MIS (Reporting)

Education and Experience Required:

• First level university degree with a focus in accounting business or economics recommended or equivalent experience.


• Typically 5+ years of experience as a financial analyst.

• Basic understanding of accounting processes


• Basic analytical skills


• Good business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, SAP etc.).
