What Role Offers:
Ensuring best in class accounting support is delivered consistently for the Record to Report area involving processing, reporting and presentation of accurate financial data in a timely manner to management and stakeholders. To drive, co-ordinate on audit with various stakeholders and teams for effective and smooth audit process. To focus on innovations to gain efficiency in the accounting area.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Processing and Approving Journals and reconciliations
Handling complex entities in production and also Handling various Audits
Perform Volume Analysis, Support production planning and backup planning
Maintain and review CAPA- Ensure team is compliant with internal accounting policies while posting journal entries;
Supervise and follow up that all reporting activities are executed timely, accurately and with the required quality and ensure compliance to SOX;
Balances sheet review and variance analysis for Large scale entities
Drive process improvements to gain efficiency/process simplification
Report and track high risk / critical items in a timely manner;
Responsible for various reporting for stakeholders and management
Review preparation of monthly reports and rectify any identified anomalies;
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:-
First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree and/or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred
Typically, 6+ years of experience in a Finance function or exhibiting an exceptionally strong background in some other relevant and applicable area of business.
Experience in Fixed Asset is preferred.
Good accounting knowledge to understand and post Journal Entries ; -prepare and review account reconciliation- Good excel, PowerPoint, communication and prioritization skills

Ability to act as a change leader; able to highlight risks and recommend solutions
Out of box thinking for solutions and team leading capability
Ability to deliver multiple priorities and do effective time management
Good understanding of System/Integration, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to understand, interpret and present financial data
Evidence of ability to challenge, influence, listen to and resolve conflicts with there counter parts in other process
Evidence of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders acting as a trusted business advisor
Translate business requirements into open, honest and transparent insight to solve business challenges
Proactive identification and Resolve the escalations in a timely manner
