Oversee manufacturing operations in Semiconductor Assembly & Test facility handling shift independently
Clear understanding of Production scheduling / WIP management / Inventory management / OEE / Manpower Utilization / Cycle Time
Plan and execute production schedule while reviewing results on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis.
Analyze production data to identify trends, optimize efficiency, and implement continuous improvement strategies
Lead a large team of Section leaders, Manufacturing associates and ensure smooth production process & achievement of target
