Data Analyst - Cloud Services

What role you will play in team: You will be part of a team responsible for analyzing usage patterns of Microsoft's cloud services. You will identify trends and insights to improve service performance and customer satisfaction.

What you will do: You'll collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns in cloud service usage. You'll build dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Key responsibility:

• Collect and clean large datasets from various sources (e.g., databases, logs, APIs).
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in cloud service usage.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
• 
  Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders (e.g., product managers, engineers).
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve service performance and customer experience.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with data visualization and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
