Roles and Responsibilities

• Review/Analyze accounts or documents and determine appropriate and applicable treatment in line with set SOPs or other standard procedures established for varied tasks.
• Prepare appropriate documents or responses or perform valid searches and prepare findings in a timely and accurate manner.
• Communicate closely with concerned paralegals and attorneys (stakeholders) about the process and raise any queries or escalations around it.
• Quality check, perform a second level check on tasks designated to the team as per the workflow process.
• Assist in reporting of tasks performed in various activities and maintaining a track of individual tasks
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

EDUCATION:

Exposure of US legal system and laws is preferred.

Basic understanding of legal terminology

Good understanding of MS Office tools

Able to collaborate within the team and with external functions.
