Job Description
- As a Human Resources professional, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to facilitate Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes such as posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding.
- Addressing employee queries, resolving workplace conflicts, and conducting exit interviews to ensure positive Employee Relations.
- Assisting in policy development, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining employee records for HR Policies and Compliance.
- Supporting performance appraisal, developing improvement plans, and tracking employee performance metrics for Performance Management.
- Identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and evaluating their effectiveness for Training and Development.
- Assisting employees with benefits inquiries, managing benefits programs, and generating HR reports for Benefits Administration and HR Reporting.
- Organizing engagement activities and contributing to a positive work culture for Employee Engagement.
Qualifications required for this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Conflict resolution and employee relations expertise.
