Engineer - Sales Operations

Position Summary: This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at facilitating sales processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining comprehensive management information systems (MIS). This position shall prepare all sales proposals and support front-end sales team members. This role is essential for driving sales efficiency and ensuring that our sales team has the necessary support to achieve their targets.
Work Youll Do
This position shall be responsible for

• Sales Coordination
• Supporting to Field Engineer in preparation of Sales related Documents
• New Customer Addition
• Preparation of Quotations (SFDC / Manual)
• Preparation of Proforma Invoices
• Preparation of Order Specification Data
• Coordination with Financial Institutions - NBFC & Bank
  
• Preparation of Advance Guarantee, Performance Guarantee, Corporate Guarantee
• Preparation of Credit Approval documents and agreement
• Machine Readiness Intimation to Customer & Payment follow-up
• Monthly Shipment Plan to Sales
• MIS & Data Entry
• Preparation & Maintenance of MIS related to Sales
• Data preparation, MIS and data entry into ERP system
• AOP & LRP Preparation Support
  

Team
This role shall be part of the Sales Ahmedabad Region and will be based at Ahmedabad.
Basic Qualification

• Education: Diploma / Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Electrical).
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in sales coordination or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
