Job Description
Role: Finance & Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain and manage bills and invoices for purchases, services, and sales.
- Verify and process vendor bills, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- General accounting reconciliations, Bank, vendor reconciliations
- Debtors & Creditors Management
- Experience with financial reporting requirements
- Knowledge of Accounting ERP Tally Prime.
- Assist in financial reporting processes including Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Accounts closure, variance reporting, reconciliations, consolidated financial accounts and reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Monitor and manage company cash flow and expenses.

- Support audits (internal and external) by preparing required documentation.
- Coordinating with Auditors
- Liaising with banks
- Compliances with regard to GST, TDS & Income tax
Education &Preferred Candidate Profile
UG: B. Com - Any Specialization
PG: M. Com - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Finance
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance or Tax
CA, CMA.
