In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers, handling ticket sales and reservations, and assisting with various airport operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at the ticket counter
  
• Process ticket sales and reservations accurately and efficiently
  
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  
  
• Ensure compliance with all airport and airline regulations and policies
  
• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage processes
  
• Coordinate with other airport and airline staff to ensure a smooth and timely departure for flights
  
• Maintain a clean and organized ticket counter and work area
  
• Provide support to passengers with special needs or requests
  
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly

Get Hired
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Previous customer service experience preferred
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  
• Basic computer skills
  
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  
• Must be able to lift to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
