Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, and supporting daily accounting functions.
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions and maintaining general ledgers
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and timely
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Perform bank, vendor, and account reconciliations
- Assist in maintaining financial documents, files, and records in a structured manner
- Support in preparing VAT filings and ensuring compliance with local tax laws
- Coordinate with internal departments for expense and income tracking
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and data
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial information at all times
